Patient admissions are as follows, by appointment only. Please call for available times, or use the online appointment request button on the right: online appointment requests are not guaranteed times, and may receive a response the next business day.
Vaccinations - Appointments are available Monday through Saturday.
Examinations - Appointments are available Monday through Friday. Follow-up appointment scheduling will be determined by the Doctor and the needs of your pet.
Surgery - Surgery appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday and will require you to contact the office directly. Patients are admitted between 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. and in most cases will go home in the afternoon. Your pet is welcome to check in the day before and stay the night before surgery, if more convenient to you. The staff member assisting you with scheduling will have additional instructions for your pet pertaining to feeding before surgery.
Our clinic sees a high number of patients each day: in order to keep our appointments on-time, we are not able to take late check-ins. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to get checked in and placed into your exam room in order to start the appointments on time. If you arrive after the time of your appointment, our receptionists will help you reschedule to another appointment.
In order to best serve pets in need, we ask that you call at least 1 day in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule: we also ask you to respond to confirmation requests. We often have a wait list of clients willing to take a cancelled appointment to get their sick or injured pet in sooner: in times of extreme need, we will make multiple attempts to contact schedule clients to confirm their appointments. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled and given to a wait-listed patient.
Clients that no-show or cancel less than 1 day in advance of their appointment may be required to pay a non-refundable booking prepayment before they will be permitted to schedule a new appointments. The prepayment will be applied to your appointment services, or kept as a missed appointment fee if the appointment is not kept.
